I am on my way to a great weekend of training sponsored by First Defense MAC and Nick Masi, our local instructor in northern Virginia.

Women’s only, Krav Maga foundation and law enforcement/armed professionals on Saturday; Practitioner, Graduate and Expert level on Sunday. If you are interested in Krav Maga Global and live in the DC area, this training will open your eyes to a much wider picture.
